1. Change your focus - If you focus on how awful you feel you, then you will feel awful. Make a decision to change your focus to a better place.

2. Change your words - Take 3 negative words or phrases you say & downplay them. Example: "I have never felt more humiliated and misunderstood by anyone!" Notice how bad this phrase makes you feel? Change it to something like, "I guess he couldn't handle someone who's one of kind and fabulous!"

3. Change your physiology - Notice your body. Hold your head high, pull your shoulders back, speak louder & you'll instantly feel a change in your attitude.
